4 dashes of Angostura Bitters

1 part Cognac

Top with Martini Prosecco

Method

Line up the sugar, bitters and Cognac and top with Prosecco as guests arrive

  1. Add the sugar, bitters and cognac to a Champagne flute. Carefully top up with Martini Prosecco.
