Jamie’s reimagined a much-loved classic, chilli con carne, for the air fryer, and we couldn’t be happier about it. Perfectly spiced meatballs that are golden on the outside but juicy inside, paired with creamy black beans – what’s not to love?
Beautifully flaky fish is flavoured with lemon, and served alongside crispy potato cubes, steamed spinach and a vibrant green sauce to bring it all together. Who knew that air-fryer food could look this fancy? And it’s gluten-free!
Amazing things happen when you cook these spiced fritters in the air fryer, because you can achieve 360º crispiness – with zero gluten in sight! Dunked in a cooling minty yoghurt, you can’t go wrong.

EASY GLUTEN-FREE SWAPS
You can’t beat a classic corn tortilla – they’re not only delicious, they’re naturally gluten-free. Make your own or opt for shop-bought here, then load them up with golden sweet potato, creamy black beans, crumbly feta and a kiss of fresh lime juice.
Use gluten-free breadcrumbs for this recipe you’ve got yourself an epic GF fakeaway. We’ve used salmon fillets (to ramp up the posh vibes), but feel free to swap in white fish fillets if you prefer. Served with chips that are fluffy on the inside, but crispy on the outside, smashed minty peas and a zingy gherkin ketchup, this is Friday night dinner at its best.
Simply swap gluten-free bread into this lovely broccoli soup recipe, and you’re away! Air-fry broccoli and spring onions until soft, then blitz with Cheddar and parsley, and serve with cheesy soldiers, for dunking – it’s a hug in a mug.
Golden, melty feta and jammy tomatoes team up with black olives and basil to create a super-fun pasta dish that’s sure to become a firm family favourite in this speedy midweek meal. Use gluten-free pasta (any shape will do).
If you can get hold of gluten-free couscous, you need to make these gnarly lamb kebabs. Flavoured with pops of apricot, pistachios and ras el hanout, they’re a thing of joy. Serve on top of herby gluten-free couscous and chickpeas, pickled red onions and harissa-rippled yoghurt – so good.
Swap soy sauce for tamari (which is gluten-free) for these baby back ribs. Air-fry the ribs until tender and almost gnarly, then glaze in a sticky, sweet sauce that’s out-of-this-world delicious. Great with sticky rice and steamed pak choi.
Air-fry gorgeous red grapes alongside goat’s cheese and harissa-coated carrots, then load up onto gluten-free flatbreads with smashed avo and a fresh herby salad. Hot, cold, sweet and sour – this is all about contrast and it’s lip-smackingly good!
