Deep dark stew paste

Big-flavour food made easy

Deep dark stew paste

For a real taste of home, why make a big pot of Jamie’s deep, dark stew? And with this handy paste it’s never been easier (or quicker!) to get it on the table. All the hard work of prepping the soffritto, herbs and spices has been done for you, so all you need to do is add your protein, and that’s a delicious dinner, done!

Explore the range
  • …stirring 1 tablespoon of paste into any dark stew, sauce or soup to take the flavour to the next level.
  • …mixing ½ a jar of paste with 4 tablespoons of natural yoghurt and a few tarragon leaves for a fantastic dip to serve with hot crispy potato chips or sourdough soldiers.
  • …mixing 1 teaspoon of paste with a little red wine vinegar, olive oil and torn fresh basil for a delicious dressing for roasted carrots, parsnips or celeriac.
  • …stirring 1 tablespoon of paste into a pan of warm cannellini beans, with a drizzle of olive oil and a little chopped parsley, for a lovely beany side.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks. Best before end, see lid.

Jar and lid can be recycled.
